THE PUBLIC FILE · PUBLISHED STATEMENTS

Nothing certified in the dark.

These published statements explain what clients and certificate users should expect from QSI. Every rule that touches a certificate is filed here, in plain language, each referencing the QSI controlled document it states.

FILE CONTENTS

The public file.

Five published statements, each stating a real QSI controlled document, current revision. Ask QSI for the current approved issue when a contract, appeal, certificate decision or mark-use question depends on the exact wording.

WHEN A DECISION IS DISPUTED

The appeal route.

A client may formally appeal an audit finding, a certification decision or the conduct of an auditor. QP-07 states how an appeal arrives, then states a limit in working days for the stages of the committee route, and the appeal is decided by people who were not involved in the audit or decision being appealed. The plate below draws those stages against the limits the document itself states.
