CERTIFICATION TERMSCERTIFICATION AGREEMENT + QSI-POL SERIES

THIS DOCUMENT GOVERNS USE OF THE QSI WEBSITE. CERTIFICATION RELATIONSHIPS ARE GOVERNED BY THE CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT AND THE PUBLISHED CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS IN THE PUBLIC FILE.

CL. 01Scope of these terms

These terms govern the use of the QSI Cert website. By using the site you accept them.

These are website terms only. They do not create, modify or replace any certification, inspection or training relationship with QSI.

CL. 02Informational content

The content of this website is published for general information about QSI, its services and the standards it certifies against. QSI keeps the site accurate, but does not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of error at the moment you read it.

Nothing on this site is consultancy, legal advice or a substitute for the text of any standard, regulation or scheme requirement.

CL. 03Certification relationships

Certification is governed by the certification agreement between QSI and the client, together with the published certification rules and related controlled documents in the public file. Where anything on this website differs from those documents, the agreement and the controlled documents govern.

CL. 04Certificate status

The authoritative route for confirming the status of a QSI certificate is the verify-a-certificate service on this site, including verification through the QSI office where indicated. A certificate document alone, or a claim made elsewhere, is not confirmation of current status.

CL. 05Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, page designs, diagrams and the QSI name and marks, belongs to QSI or is used under licence. Accreditation symbols and scheme marks shown on the site belong to their respective accreditation bodies and scheme owners.

You may read, link to and quote the site for legitimate reference. You may not reproduce its content to misrepresent QSI, or present any part of it as your own.

CL. 06Use of the QSI mark

Use of the QSI certification mark is permitted only to certified clients and only under the published use-of-mark rules. Misuse of the mark, or misleading reference to certification, is addressed under those rules and under the suspension and withdrawal rules.

CL. 07Acceptable use of the site

Forms on this site exist for genuine enquiries. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the site to interfere with its operation or with the enquiries of others.

CL. 08Liability

The website is provided as is. QSI is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Nothing in these terms limits the obligations QSI carries under a signed certification agreement or under its accreditation requirements.

CL. 09Governing law

These terms, and the use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

CL. 10Contact

Questions about these terms go to info@qsi-cert.com.
