CERTIFICATION TERMSCERTIFICATION AGREEMENT + QSI-POL SERIES

THIS DOCUMENT GOVERNS USE OF THE QSI WEBSITE. CERTIFICATION RELATIONSHIPS ARE GOVERNED BY THE CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT AND THE PUBLISHED CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS IN THE PUBLIC FILE.

CL. 01Purpose and scope

This policy describes how personal data is handled on the QSI Cert website. It covers this website only.

Records connected to an audit, a certificate or a training engagement are governed by the certification agreement and by QSI operating procedures, not by this page. This page is about what happens when you use the website itself.

CL. 02What this site collects

The website collects personal data only when you choose to submit it through one of its forms. Every field is provided voluntarily by you.

  • Quote request form: name, email, phone, company and the scope details you describe.
  • Contact form: name, email, phone, company and your message.
  • ScopeFinder: your answers about your organisation, and contact details if you choose to leave them.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address.
  • Checklist and guide downloads: name and email where a form is presented before the download.

CL. 03What it is used for

Data submitted through a form is used to respond to that enquiry: to answer your question, prepare a quotation, or deliver the file you requested. Newsletter signups are used to send QSI updates, and you can ask to stop receiving them at any time.

QSI does not sell personal data. Data submitted through this website is not shared with third parties for their own marketing, and is disclosed outside QSI only where the law requires it.

CL. 04Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in secured systems operated for QSI, with access limited to the staff who handle enquiries and follow-up. The website does not create user accounts and does not collect payment or banking details.

CL. 05Cookies and analytics

Browsing this website does not require you to accept cookies. If traffic analytics are enabled on the site, they use cookie-based measurement of aggregate visits, such as which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Analytics of that kind measure traffic; they are not used to build advertising profiles.

CL. 06Third-party services

WhatsApp buttons and links on this site open WhatsApp, a service operated by its own provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Anything you send there is handled by that service.

Where the site links to external websites, including accreditation bodies and scheme owners, those sites are governed by their own privacy practices.

CL. 07Your rights

You can ask QSI what data you have submitted through this website, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@qsi-cert.com and the certification office will respond.

CL. 08Legal frame

QSI handles personal data collected through this website in a manner consistent with applicable data protection law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including its principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation and safeguarding.

CL. 09Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page. Questions about this policy or about data submitted through the site go to info@qsi-cert.com.
