CASE FILES · ENGAGEMENT RECORDS

Five files. No names.

Anonymised engagement records drawn from more than twenty years of auditing. Each file states the sector, the region, the standards and the method. None of them states a name. That is the point: the method is the story, and the method is the same for everyone.

THE LEDGER

Files on record

Five records across food production, quick-service restaurants, dairy and FMCG, healthcare and packaging. Open a file to read the situation, the engagement and how the method ran. Every file ends the same way: with a decision made independently and a certificate that can be verified.

CASE FILES ARE ANONYMISED ENGAGEMENT RECORDS. SECTORS AND SCOPES ARE REAL; IDENTITIES ARE WITHHELD. SPECIFIC ORGANISATIONS ARE NEVER CONFIRMED OR DENIED.

PROVENANCE

How to read a case file

A case file is not a testimonial. It states what a testimonial cannot prove: the sector, the standards, and the parts of the method that hold for every QSI engagement. Audits happen in person. Findings close with evidence before any decision. The decision is made by someone who was never on the audit. The certificate enters the public register, where anyone can check it.

Certification, inspection and training enquiries go to a lead auditor, not a call center. Scope, standard and man-days are set out before anything is signed.
